Originals and prints are shipped via USPS. Purchases are processed within 5 business days. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery on original paintings and prints.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.  If a package is marked delivered and you did not receive it, or if it is damaged, it is the customers responsibility to file a lost or stolen parcel claim with the carrier.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of original artwork, all original sales are final. All original art and commission work are non-refundable / no refunds will be given for canceled commission work. Prints can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for equal value. If the artwork arrives damaged in shipping, please contact via email within 48 hours amyhostetlerart@gmail.com

COMMISSION POLICY

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. Final artwork is delivered after full payment is received.
